MEETING: Take Me Out Production

Today I had one of the most exciting meetings in my whole life; Simon contacted the production team of the television show "Take Me Out", hosted by Paddy McGuinness, and booked a meeting for me and the people in my course with the production team of the show. Yes yes, it was a nice meeting, introducing ourselves to the producers and all but I personally think that I had more to say about myself rather than just saying my name, my favourite shows and how I don't have much experience in television, I should have told them about my experience with some theatre production teams I've had and how I would like to go in to the filming & editing part of my course, Broadcast Media/ Television Production.

Anyway, I hope I get picked to at least be a stand-in in the show (but I would lovelovelove to be a runner, as I have worked on many occasions as a runner before in the past). But for now, I'll just hope I get picked and go tomorrow evening to watch the dress rehearsal of the show and see how a show is set up.
