COMMISSION DOCUMENTARY UNIT: Field Trip To Canterbury (Workshop)

Today we went to Canterbury, for a workshop we had. We were put in groups of 3-4 to create a mini film of the whole process of carving and re-making of the whole tracery stone of the south window that was damaged/smashed recently. I worked with Sophie Marriott, Sam Babington and Sam McKeown, and took over the role of the camera operator. Working with them was quite interesting as the process made us conform with the the whole situation of having loud sound from the tools and machines but at the same time having to cope with it and focus on filming. At some point, I must confess, we did get frustrated with each other, but it was all worth it in the end & in the future, I would love to work with them again.

UPDATE 26/03/14:
This is our final edit of our mini film:

Hope you like it.
Yours,
I.
